Terms and Conditions of the “Bounty Program with cat in a dogs world (MEW)” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
Promotion period: from 12 PM (UTC) on July 22, 2024, until 12 PM (UTC) on August 12, 2024.
The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian-occupied territories in Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country’s jurisdiction. The Organizers reserve the right to check the admissibility of participation in the Promotion of the Participants and, if necessary, may ask to provide proof of residence or location.
The campaign is held with the main goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a contest, and these Terms do not offer a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Terms:
- Signed up on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the identity verification (KYC) procedure;
- During the promotion period, followed the link https://bit.ly/46ji4vY, where they completed as many tasks as possible and earned as many BITS as possible for completing them.
Important!
- Completing all tasks can be done either all at once or in stages. Not all tasks will be available immediately after the promotion starts; they will be added later. A participant is considered to be participating in the promotion from the moment they receive their first BITS.
- The Organizer of the Promotion may add additional tasks. For each completed task, the Participant can receive BITS. Different tasks have different values, so Participants can receive a different number of BITS for completing different tasks. The number of BITS that can be earned for each completed task is indicated on the Promotion platform. The BITS that the Participant earns for completing tasks during the Promotion period are accumulated.
IMPORTANT! It is forbidden to participate in the Promotion simultaneously from whitebit.com and local website of WhiteBIT exchange (https://whitebit-tr.com/). Such Participants will be disqualified.
IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In the case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the Promotion period.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizers and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of accounting for the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Terms, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Terms and Conditions have the opportunity to become Winners and win a part of the Prize Pool of 6,000,000 MEW according to the following division:
- The first 50 Participants with the largest number of BITS will share a 3,600,000 MEW part of the Prize Pool as follows:
1st place — 550,000 MEW;
2nd place — 275,000 MEW;
3rd place — 250,000 MEW;
4th place — 220,000 MEW;
5th place — 180,000 MEW;
6th place — 165,000 MEW;
7th place — 140,000 MEW;
8th place — 110,000 MEW;
9th place — 90,000 MEW;
10th place — 70,000 MEW;
11th–20th places — 55,000 MEW each;
21st–30th places — 40,000 MEW each.
31st–50th places — 30,000 MEW each.
Important! If the Participants have the same number of BITS, the higher ranking in the List will be given to the one who reached this number of BITS first.
- The rest of the 200 Participants will share a 2,400,000 MEW part of the Prize Pool, i.e., the Winners will receive 12,000 MEW each.
The maximum possible total number of Promotion Winners is 250 people. One Winner may receive only one Prize.
Based on the Promotion’s results from August 12, 2024, to August 26, 2024, the Organizer forms a List of Participants who meet the Promotion’s terms.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on August 26, 2024, on the Promotion platform.
The first 50 Participants in the Promotion who will share the first part of the Prize Pool will be determined according to their ranking position on the List.
The remaining 200 Winners will be determined based on their ranking on the Promotion platform among all Participants, excluding those who ranked 1st to 50th who have met the Terms of the Promotion.
The List of Winners will be published in this article on the Organizer’s blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) on August 27, 2024.
The Organizer accrues the Prizes to the Main Balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange until September 6, 2024, inclusive.
Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by email to the email address specified during signing up on the https://whitebit.com website within 5 business days after the Prizes have been credited to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange.
The Winner receives the Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizers.
The received Prize is not subject to exchange and return.
The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact the online support at https://whitebit.com via the email address support@whitebit.com. The Winner must do this by September 13, 2024, inclusive. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, particularly regarding non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
The Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.
The Organizers do not compensate the Winner for the additional expenses related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of Participants.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizers or third parties involved by him. The information may be processed to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizers. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizers and/or other persons authorized by the Organizers and confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by their participation in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Conditions of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizers.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizers do not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Organizers of the Promotion make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of Participants. In this case, the decision of the Organizers of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular e-mail, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizers, or the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and supersede all other versions.
